TBF we do exercise this on a daily basis and most times have a daily kill count that the rest of the world recoils at because it’s indiscriminate. That’s the tradeoff. For every Charlie or healthcare CEO there’s a few dozen kids gunned down during lunch hour. It’d be nice if everyone shot dead was a POS, but the reality is most people who go out and shoot others are assholes themselves, pick easy targets that have no connection to their rage, and even if you do shoot the douchebags; that’s it, your life is over. The system doesn’t tolerate underdog heroes. If we’re gonna do it, we all have to commit.

Just an FYI many immigrants are racist if not more racist. There's a lot at play there including but not limited to their cultural and religious background.
