I dream that they will wake up and realize that the current mainstream social networks with their algorithms only lead to Enshittification, brain rot, and gullibility. But newcomers face non-trivial challenges when trying a new platform.
I acknowledge that most people aren’t tech-savvy and when facing an unfamiliar platform, even a minor discomfort can discourage them from exploring further, often leading to inactivity. Missing out on the very things that make the Fediverse special. To me that is the creative communities, diversity of people, and the organic user-controlled experience that leads to a healthier digital life.

With that understanding I decided to create bite-size Descriptions or short Guides that fit within a single post. These posts can be pinned to a profile page and/or shared in the instance forum. The guides I chose were based on feedback from family and friends. Since English isn’t my native language, I’d appreciate feedback from anyone who wants to help make adoption easier on this platform, and by extension, to the rest of the Fediverse.
If there is interest, I'll post them separately on this forum.
